3 Anaheim chilies, seeds removed and sliced in rings
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
salt to taste
vegtable oil
Heat oil in skillet. Add all the peppers and garlic and saute
until partically soft and then add cauliflower, paprika and

WHAT IS THAT?
Try new items. Just because you don’t know what it is
or what to do with it, don’t pass up the opportunity
to try something new. Just ask one of the growers or perhaps
another customer how to prepare the item. Have fun and create
new healthy options for your family.
Don’t throw away those radish, beet or turnip tops!!!
Use them. They are packed full of fiber, minerals and vitamins.
Try stir frying them in olive oil, garlic and onion until tender.
Then cover them with a little vegetable or chicken broth and
simmer into a soup. Take it one more step and the soup can
them be pureed into a creamy soup.
Have wonderful and happy, healthy years to come.
Make the High Desert Farmers' Market your place to visit. Chat
with your friends and neighbors. Make healthy food choices
then maybe take a relaxing stroll round the campus.
